Shipping policy
The short version: we ship within the United States. Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Most orders arrive within 3 to 9 days of ordering.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
What shipping costs
Your shipping cost, if any, is shown at checkout before you complete your order. That is the only delivery charge you will ever see. No fuel surcharges, no handling fees, no fees added later.
How long it takes
Two windows matter: processing and transit.
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days. Your order is verified, packed, and handed to the carrier.
- Transit: the rest of the trip. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 9 days of the day you ordered.
Tracking your order
You will get an order confirmation right away, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link when your package leaves the fulfillment center. If you do not see a tracking email within 4 business days, check your spam folder first, then email us.
If your tracking has not moved in more than 10 days, treat it as stuck. Email us your order number and we will either get it moving or ship you a replacement.
Wrong address or need a change?
Email support@secondnatureco.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once a package is with the carrier we cannot pull it back, but we will do our best to catch it in time.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo and your order number and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, give it a day, check with neighbors and your mail room, then email us and we will sort it out.
